If you dont like brussels you may well like them roasted. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs brussels sprouts, the end trimmed |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. 2. Placed trimmed brussels, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large reseable plastic bag. 3. 3. Seal tightly and shake to coat. 4. 4. Pour onto a baking sheet and place on center oven rack. 5. 5. Roast in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes, reduce heat when necessary to prevent burning |
