Roasted brussel sprouts with garlic and cumin Ingredients:
1 pound brussel sprouts |
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon cumin |
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 425 degrees 2. cut the stem end off brussel sprouts and mark the bottom with a shallow X 3. toss brussel sprouts with olive oil, garlic, pepper, and cumin 4. roast brussel sprouts in a shallow baking pan for 20 to 25 minutes 5. remove from oven and drizzel vinegar over the top |
