Roasted Broccoli With Lemon

Ingredients:
4 cups broccoli florets
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper (or to taste)
1 lemon, cut into 6 wedges (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven (or toaster oven) to 450 degrees.
2. Toss broccoli with oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Place on a large baking sheet (which is not air-insulated).
4. Roast until broccoli is tender and blackened on the bottom, 10-12 minutes.
5. Serve immediately, with lemon wedges.
