Roasted Broccoli With Asiago |

This is from March '08 Bon Appetit. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs broccoli |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 cup asiago cheese, grated |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 450°F. 2. Trim the broccoli stalks, and cut each crown of braccoli lengthwise into 4 spears. 3. Place the broccoli in a large bowl and toss with olive oil. 4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 5. Transfer broccoli to a large rimmed baking sheet. 6. Roast the broccoli until crisp-tender and stalks begin to brown, about 25 minutes. 7. Return the broc to the bowl and toss with the cheese, to coat well. |
