Ingredients:
1 head broccoli, including stems, cut into 3 1/2-inch florets |
1/4 cup olive oil |
kosher salt and pepper |
1/4 cup (3/4 ounce) pecans |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400° F. In a roasting pan, combine the broccoli, oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and the pecans. Roast, stirring once, until tender, 20 to 25 minutes. |
