Broccoli roasted with garlic Ingredients:
1 lb. broccoli |
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil |
2 cloves garlic |
1 tsp. salt |
1/2 tsp. black pepper |
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Chop 2 cloves of garlic. Cut broccoli into long strips leaving stalks and florets intact. Toss broccoli with garlic, oil, salt, red and black pepper. Roast on a baking sheet at 425 degrees for 10-12 mins. Finish by squeezing 1/2 a lemon over the broccoli and tossing one time before serving. |
