Roasted Bell Peppers and Cheese |

A nice appetizer or side dish that's easy and good. Ingredients:
4 bell peppers |
8 ounces mozzarella cheese |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Put the oven on broil. 2. Clean and slice the bell pepper into four quarters. Remove the seeds and white part. 3. Brush with olive oil. 4. Top each slice with 1/2 ounce of mozzarella cheese. 5. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is browned and bubbly. |
