Roasted Beets With Garlic |

This is a very simple side dish for those of us who love beets. Reduce/increase the amount of garlic depending on how small/big your beets are. Ingredients:
2 medium size roasted beets |
2 -3 garlic cloves |
salt |
pepper |
2 -3 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. grate your roasted beets (I usually roast them in foil when I have something else cooking in the oven, this way I don't have to run the oven just for the beets). 2. grate or chop your garlic. 3. salt, pepper, add olive oil and voila! |
