Roasted Balsamic Potatoes

balsamic vinegar add a special flavor to these roasted potatoes
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 pounds small red potatoes
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
2. In measuring cup, mix olive oil, thyme, rosemary, nutmeg and garlic.
3. Cut potatoes in half.
4. Spread on non-stick 15x10 baking pan.
5. Drizzle with olive oil mixture; toss to coat.
6. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are golden and slightly crispy.
7. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
8. Toss to coat.
9. Bake 5 minutes more.
10. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
