Roasted Asparagus Wrapped in Prosciutto |

Ingredients:
1 pound(s) asparagus, trimmed |
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
6-8 paper thin sliced prosciutto, halved lenghwise |
salt & freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degress F. 2. Snap the dry stem ends off of each asparagus and place on a heavy baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with sald and pepper, and toss. Roast until asparagus is tender, about 15 minutes. Cool completely. 3. Wrap each asparagus with 1 piece (about 1/2 slice) of prosciutto, exposing tips. Arrange on a platter and serve at room temperature. |
