Roasted Asparagus With Lemon |

This dish will turn out best with thinner spears. If you cannot find thin spears make sure to peel thicker ones. Ingredients:
2 lbs asparagus |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 lemon, scrubbed |
coarse salt |
fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. Toss asparagus with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Slice lemon very thin and layer on a baking sheet. spread asparagus over top of the lemon and roast for 15 minutes. Aspargus should become tender and just starting to brown. 3. Serve. |
