Roasted Asparagus, Onions and Mushrooms

Simple and delicious vegetable dish!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs asparagus, trimmed
1 lb mushroom, thickly sliced
1 medium red onion, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
garlic powder, to taste
shredded parmesan cheese, to taste
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425°F.
2. Line a 10 x 15 inch rimmed baking sheet with foil.
3. Place vegetables in pan and sprinkle with olive oil and toss until covered evenly.
4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
5. Roast 10 minutes, stir, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and roast an additional 10 to 15 minutes until vegetables are slightly charred and tender.
