Roasted Asparagus and Mushrooms with Rosemary Ingredients:
1 lb asparagus (raw, trimmed) |
10 oz raw mushrooms (cleaned, chopped) |
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil |
1/4 tsp dried rosemary (crushed) |
1/4 tsp garlic powder |
1 black pepper (optional) |
Directions:
1. Place asparagus, mushrooms and olive oil in plastic bag, close and shake to coat. 2. Arrange in a single layer on baking sheet 3. Sprinkle with rosemary, garlic powder and pepper 4. Bake for 10 minutes at 500 F |
