Roasting really brings out the flavor of fresh asparagus. Once you've tried the tender spears roasted, you may never prepare them another way. Ingredients:
1 1/4 pounds asparagus spears, rinsed and trimmed |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
cooking spray |
Directions:
