Different roast asparagus Ingredients:
2 lbs. fresh asparagus |
1/4 up orange juice |
2 tbs. olive oil |
1 tbs. fresh ginger grated |
1 tbs. dijon mustard |
1/2 tsp, salt |
1/4 tsp. pepper |
garnishes: orange zest chopped fresh basil |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 2. Snap off an discard tough ends o f asparagus 3. place on lightly greased baking sheet 4. Whisk together: orange juice , olive oil and next 4 ingrediens 5. Drizzel mixture over asparagus 6. Toss to coat 7. Bake 400 degrees 15 minutes or utill tender 8. turn once after 8 mintes 9. Use Garnish if desired |
