Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Place turkey breast in a small roasting pan. Rub butter over turkey. 2. Sprinkle with lemon juice and season with paprika, thyme, salt and pepper. 3. Roast turkey breast, uncovered, until tender and white to the bone, but still moist, about 50 minutes. |
