My family love these roast potatoes. I can never make enough of them. These are the always the first to go at the table. I love these made on their own with fresh meat gravy. I said that these serve 6. My family demolish them. Also the stock cubes are because I can't always get stock in a carton or can. Ingredients:
10 large potatoes |
2 chicken stock cubes |
water, for boiling |
oil |
sea salt |
Directions:
1. peel and cut potato's into in halves or quarters. 2. Place prepared potato's in a large saucepan of water. 3. Add stock cubes. 4. Par boil the potatoes. 5. Drain well add the potatoes to a roasting pan. 6. With a folk fluff the top of the potato's along the top and crossways. 7. Add ground sea salt. 8. Add oil (drizzle across potatoes) and roast until golden and crisp. |
