Found while surfing the net. Ingredients:
1 large red bell pepper (finely chopped ) |
4 garlic cloves (finely chopped ) |
1 teaspoon salt |
4 tablespoons olive oil |
3 teaspoons piri-piri (or hot sauce ) |
3 lbs pork loin (tied for roasting) |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients except pork in food processor and process to a paste. Rub meat with paste and marinate overnight. 2. Place pork in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes per pound. 3. Serve. |
