Investment cooking creation feature the left over Hormel Pork Loin roast I had for dinner this past week. Added to the was lots of fresh vegetables and spices with Tex-Mex flavor. Ingredients:
8 oz pork loin roast |
1 cup cilantro, fresh |
1 jalapeno pepper |
2 medium tomatillos |
1/4 cup celery |
1 tbs prepared horse radish |
1 tomatoes |
1/4 cup mayonnaise sachet |
1/2 tsp kosher salt |
1 tsp ground cumin |
1/4 cup red onion |
Directions:
1. Thinly slice then dice the pork. 2. Dice the celery, onion, jalapeno, tomatoe and chop the cilantro. 3. Mix the mayonnaise with the horse radish, salt, pepper and cumin. 4.
