When I first moved out of home, years ago, someone told me how to make this. It's really yummy, and my hubby just loves it! Ingredients:
500 g topside steak (pocket steak ) |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 (35 g) packet french onion soup mix |
Directions:
1. Spread butter onto a large piece of foil. Sprinkle soup mix over butter. Place the piece of meat in the middle, and wrap well in the foil, making sure you fold the edges over to seal. 2. Bake at 180C for 1 hour. Remove from the oven and leave to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. |
