This I am told is the recipe for that Hawaiian Pork that is just so tender and just falls apart. We love this. I serve it with white rice and a vegetable. Very good! My kids love it. Ingredients:
5 lbs pork shoulder |
3/4 cup soy sauce |
2 teaspoons fresh ginger |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke |
Directions:
1. Line roasting pan with foil going In both directions so that it is very Nearly tight. 2. Put pork in pan. 3. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over pork. 4. Roast pork in covered pan in a 325° oven for 3 to 4 hours. 5. Shred and serve with roasting juices. |
