Ingredients:
1 (5 lb) ducklings |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 tablespoon powdered ginger |
Directions:
1. Wash and dry duckling. 2. Combine remaining ingredients and brush inside and out over duckling; let stand for 1 hour, turning occasionally. 3. Preheat oven to 350°F. 4. Roast for 2 hours, turning and basting with drippings occasionally. |
