Ingredients:
3 lbs beef brisket
1 garlic clove, halved
1 onion, sliced
salt and pepper
5 -6 sprigs fresh rosemary
Directions:
1. Rub cut of brisket with clove of garlic. Roast with sliced onion, salt, pepper, and liberal sprinkling of rosemary on top. Cook uncovered 1 hour in 325* oven. Cover and cook 1 hour longer.
