Ingredients:
1/3 cup light cream cheese |
1 1/2 tablespoons horseradish mustard |
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions |
4 (8-inch) flour tortillas |
1 (7-ounce) bottle roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped |
1/2 pound lean roast beef, very thinly sliced |
4 romaine lettuce leaves |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients; spread evenly over tortillas. Sprinkle red bell pepper over cheese mixture. Top evenly with roast beef and lettuce. 2. Roll up tightly, cut each roll in half, and wrap in parchment paper or plastic wrap. Refrigerate. |
