Roast Beef Wrapped Pickles |

these are fun to make, easy to serve, and are a huge hit with everyone. I often double the recipe and make lots! Ingredients:
3 ounces cream cheese |
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish |
3 slices deli roast beef |
18 baby pickles, cut in half |
18 grape tomatoes, cut in half |
36 sturdy toothpicks |
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix cream cheese and horseradish. 2. Spread onto slices of roast beef. 3. Cut eat slice of roast beef into about 12 strips, and roll them up around a pickle. 4. Refrigerate for an hour for easier assembly. 5. To assemble: insert the toothpick into the un-cut side of the tomato, then through the roast beef -pickle. 6. Arrange on a platter and serve! |
