Roast Beef Sandwiches With Horseradish |

Horseradish spices up low-fat mayonnaise and sour cream so that you won't even notice that fat is missing. Ingredients:
1/4 cup light sour cream |
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise (such as hellman's) |
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish |
4 (2-ounce) french bread rolls, sliced in half horizontally |
1/2 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef |
4 curly leaf lettuce leaves |
2 small ripe tomatoes, sliced |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. 2. Spread sour cream mixture evenly over cut sides of rolls. Divide roast beef evenly over 4 bread halves. Top roast beef evenly with lettuce and tomato. Place remaining bread halves, sour cream mixture down, over tomato. |
