Ground roast beef with dill pickles and mayo as a sandwich spread. Ingredients:
1 lb beef roast |
3 tbs mayo |
3 dill pickles |
Directions:
1. Grind the left over roast beef on fine. Grind in three medium Kosher Dill pickles and about 1 oz. of the pickle liquid. 2. Stir in three tbs of mayo (more or less to personal preference) and mix into a pate` Season to taste and use as a sandwich spread or on crackers. |
