Great for a quick lunch, or cut them in smaller pieces as an appetizer. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package coleslaw mix |
3/4 cup coleslaw salad dressing |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1/4 teaspoon celery seed |
1 lb deli roast beef, thinly sliced |
4 italian herb flatbread wraps |
1/2 lb swiss cheese, thinly sliced |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients through and including the celery seed. 2. Divide roast beef among flatbread wraps. 3. Divide swiss cheese among the 4 wraps. 4. Top with coleslaw mixture. 5. Roll up tightly. |
