Quick and easy. Slimmed down as much as possible since the flatbread is heavy. Ingredients:
3 oz roast beef |
1 tbsp dip, tzatziki yogurt & cucumber |
1/2 tomato, roma, chopped |
1 greek pita flatbread |
1/8 cup spinach |
1/2 stalk celery, chopped |
1 white button mushroom, chopped |
1 tsp pepper, serrano (salsa) |
1 tsp feta cheese |
Directions:
1. Heat Flat Bread in oven to soften for rolling 2. Add roast beef to middle of flat bread 3. Add tomatoes, celery, spinach, mushroom, salsa, feta 4. Drizzle Yogurt 5. Wrap and Roll |
