2 tablespoons prepared horseradish (south beach friendly) |
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise |
4 leaves red leaf lettuce or 4 leaves green leaf lettuce, large |
8 slices roast beef, lean |
2 sprigs watercress |
Directions:
1. Combine horse radish and mayonnaise. 2. Spread mixture on lettuce leaves. 3. Top with roast beef and watercress. 4. Roll up leaves, securing with toothpicks, and serve. |
