Makes lots of yummy gravy for rice or potatoes. Ingredients:
3 lbs boneless chuck roast |
2 cans cream of mushroom soup |
1/3 cup sherry wine or 1/3 cup wine |
1 envelope onion soup mix |
Directions:
1. Place roast in a slow cooker. 2. In a bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. 3. Pour over the roast. 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is tender. |
