These are great for breakfast as well as lunch or dinner. There's never any leftovers, because they are loved by both, children and adults! Best of all, they're so easy to make! Ingredients:
one 32-oz bag southern style hash browns ( these are cubes, not shredded) |
1/4 cup melted butter |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
1/4 cup onion, chopped fine |
1 can cream of chicken soup ( campbell's) |
1/2 pint sour cream |
1 small jar cheez whiz |
1/2 cup crushed cornflakes |
1/4 cup melted butter |
Directions:
1. Combine first 8 ingredients and pour into a large greased casserole dish. 2. Combine corn flakes with the melted butter and sprinkle on top. 3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes |
