Ro-Tel and Cream Cheese Dip |

This very good dip is amazingly simple to make. Serve it hot or cold! Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature |
1 (10 ounce) can ro-tel diced tomatoes with green chilies |
Directions:
1. Mash the Ro-Tel into softened cream cheese, mixing well. It will look curdy at first but keep mixing. 2. Chill for at least 2 hours; overnight is best. Serve with tortilla chips. This dip may be served hot, if desired. 3. This dip can be made 2-3 days ahead of time. |
