Ingredients:
2-3 quart(s) chicken broth |
grated carrots |
chopped green onion |
1 egg |
1 cup(s) flour |
salt |
baking powder |
milk |
shredded chicken |
Directions:
1. Mix 1 slightly beaten egg with one cup flour, pinch of salt and baking powder. Stir to stiff dough adding just enough milk to work in crumbs. Bring broth to a medium boil. Pinch dough into broth. Add carrots, onion and chicken. 2. Simmer 15-20 minutes |
