This drink is served in all three bars at the Lutetia hotel. Ingredients:
3/4 cup pineapple juice |
1/4 cup peach schnapps |
3 tablespoons campari |
3 tablespoons gin |
3 tablespoons cointreau liqueur |
ice cube |
Directions:
1. Mix first 5 ingredients in large glass measuring cup. 2. Fill 2 tall glasses with ice. 3. Pour juice mixture over and serve. |
