Another that is hard to say just how many servings. Has a great taste. Good snack food. Ingredients:
1 box dates, chopped |
1 cup pecans, chopped |
1 can eagle brand milk |
frosting... |
1 ( 8oz.) package cream cheese |
1 box confectioners sugar |
1 stick margarine |
1 tsp. vanilla |
Directions:
1. Boil together, dates, pecan and eagle brand until thick.Stir often, it thickens easily.
2. Place 1 tsp. on ach ritz crackers and bake for 8 minutes.
3. Cool and spread the frosting on each.
4. FROSTING
5. Combine all 4 ingredients and mix well.
6. Frost the crackers.
