Crackers, whipped cream and german chocolate. Ingredients:
20 ritz crackers, crushed |
1 tsp. baking powder |
1/2 c. chopped pecans |
mix these and set aside. |
beat together |
3 egg whites, beaten stiff |
1 c. sugar |
1 tsp. vanilla |
Directions:
1. Fold in the cracker mixture. 2. Bake in a greased nine inch square pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. 3. Let cool. 4. Cover with 1/2 pint of whipped cream. 5. Top with shaved German chocolate. (Don't use more than 1/2 bar). 6. Chill overnight. 7. Nine servings. |
