nighttime potassium boost Ingredients:
1 medium banana |
1 tablespoon peanut oil |
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Put oil in non-stick skillet and heat until hot. 2. Slice banana in half crosswise, then slice halves in half lengthwise. 3. Place bananas in skillet cut side down, shaking to prevent sticking, until bottoms are browned. 4. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and turn over. 5. Cook until browned. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. |
