I make this salsa all the time. It's better than my Too Hot for Bob salsa. My son took some to work with him and his boss loved it. She said I should sell it. But, it doesn't have a name. (This is the one like yours Debntim! Read more !) On Superbowl Sunday, my Friend George re-named it Rising Dawn Salsa. Ingredients:
1 15oz. can diced tomaoes |
2 10oz. cans rotell diced tomatoes with chilis (your choice on heat, i usually use mild) |
1 15oz. can white and yellow corn - drained |
1 15oz. can black beans - drained and rinsed well |
5 jalapino rings from jar - diced - more if you like |
3/4 vadalia onion, diced |
1 clove crushed garlic |
1 4.oz. can sliced black olives - drained |
2 tbs lime juice give or take |
1 tsp cumin |
dash cyanne pepper (optional) |
1 handful cilantro - chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix all together and store covered in fridge until ready to use. 2. Serve with salty chips 3. Very rarely are there leftovers! |
