This tart and tangy smoothie will put a spring in your step. This came from Cooking With Yogurt For Beginners. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups raspberries |
1 cup stonyfield organic french vanilla yogurt |
1 orange juice |
3 fresh limes, juice of |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. 2. Enjoy! |
