My brother got married this year and at their wedding, they had these tasty, thin, crisp cookies that looked and had a texture almost like potato chips. They were so good, I asked my sister-in-law's mother for the recipe. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 cup butter, softened to room temperature |
3/4 cup cold water |
sugar |
Directions:
