Ripe Olive And Cheese Balls |

A small ice cream or truffle scoop is almost a necessity when making these balls. It's easier to have the mixture a bit on the cold side to aid rolling. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
4 1/2 ounces ripe olives, chopped |
1/2 cup fresh parsley. chopped |
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped |
24 thin pretzel sticks |
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese and ripe olives together well. 2. Combine chopped parsley and chopped walnuts together well. 3. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. 4. Form olive mixture into 1 balls. 5. JUST BEFORE SERVING ~ ~ ~ 6. Roll cheese balls in parsley/nut mixture. 7. Spear with pretzel sticks. 8. Serve. |
