1 large size ripe manggo |
4 pcs medium size tomato |
1 pc small white onion |
1 small piece green bell pepper |
3 table spoon olive oil |
salt to taste |
Directions:
1. remove skin of manggo then cut into small cubes. 2. remove seeds of bell pepper cut into small cubes 3. white onion cut into small cubes 4. tomato cut into small cubes 5. in a bowl mixed all ingredients 6. then serve... with fried or grilled fish/meat ... or crackers toppings |
