Ringmaster Raspberries over Peaches Foster |

Ingredients:
3 large fresh ripe peaches, peeled and sliced into wedges |
6 tablespoons caramel sauce slightly heated (by placing jar in a bowl of hot water) |
6 tablespoons granola |
1 pint vanilla ice cream |
1 pint fresh raspberries, evenly divided into 6 portions |
Directions:
1. Arrange peach wedges in a radial pattern on each serving dish. Spoon caramel sauce over and sprinkle with granola. Top with a scoop of ice cream and fresh raspberries. |
