Mrs. Minor F. Riley was proud to contribute her recipe to the Cabbage Patch Cookbook. Please don't ask me about the name 'cause I haven't a clue. Riley. Ingredients:
1 heaping tablespoon butter |
3/4 pound sharp new york cheese |
2 cans tomato soup |
1 large onion (chopped fine) |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in double boiler, add chopped onion and simmer. 2. Add cheese, let melt, then add the tomato soup. 3. Salt and pepper to taste. 4. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce and if you like a dash of Tabasco. 5. Serve on salt crackers. |
