Riley's Parkerhouse Cinnamon Rolls

Soft sweet cinnamon delight
Ingredients:
6 cups flour
2 tbs yeast
0.33 cup nonfat dry milk
3 tbs cinnamon
1 cup sugar
2 tbs milk
1/2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter
Directions:
1. Make standard recipe for parkerhouse rolls.
2. 2 cups 115 degree water, yeast pinch of sugar in a bowl let stand 5 minutes. Add eggs and butter. Mix together all dry ingredients with only 1/3 cup of sugar prior to adding into wet.
3. Knead dough until slightly sticky and place in lightly oiled bowl to rise for 45 minutes.
4. Punch down dough divide into to equal portions. Roll dough into rectangle shape about 1/2 inch thick. Baste milk across the top of the dough, add sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Roll tightly and Cut into 1 1/4 inch rolls place on lightly oiled Jelly roll pan. Rise 45 minutes and bake at 350 degrees for 10 -13 minutes until light brown on top. Cool on pan Top with Cream cheese frosting and serve warm.
