This is my husband's favorite recipe. It's great with mashed potatoes. Ingredients:
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
8 ounces sour cream |
1/2 cup butter |
2 (8 ounce) packages town house crackers |
2 tablespoons poppy seeds |
Directions:
1. Place chicken in a casserole dish. 2. Mix soup, sour cream and 1/2 butter together and pour over chicken. 3. Crush cracker and sprinkle over the top. 4. Drizzle the rest of the butter over top and sprinkle with poppy seeds. 5. Cover and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. |
