Rigatoni with Turkey Sausage |

Make this super-quick pasta dish with rigatoni and turkey sausage for great flavor. Ingredients:
vegetable cooking spray |
1 pound smoked turkey sausage, sliced |
1 cup chopped onion |
4 cloves garlic, minced |
3 (14 1/2-ounce) cans no-salt-added whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped |
1/4 cup dry white wine |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
3 bay leaves |
12 ounces rigatoni (short tubular pasta), uncooked |
Directions:
1. Coat a Dutch oven with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add sausage, onion, and garlic; cook 3 minutes or until sausage is browned, stirring often. 2. Add tomato and next 3 ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove and discard bay leaves. 3. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain. Place pasta in a large serving bowl; add sausage mixture, and toss well. |
