Rigatoni With Bell Peppers |

Brush ready-to-bake rolls from the grocery store with olive oil before baking. Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves, pressed |
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips |
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips |
1 small onion, thinly sliced |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
5 ounces rigatoni, cooked |
1 (4-ounce) package crumbled feta cheese |
8 pitted kalamata olives, chopped |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook first 4 ingredients in hot oil in a large skillet 5 minutes, stirring often. Add remaining ingredients to skillet; stir 3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Serve immediately. |
