Rigatoni Alfredo With Ham |

8 ounces rigatoni pasta |
4 cups broccoli florets |
8 ounces deli ham, cut into 1 in pieces |
1 medium red onion, chopped |
1/4 cup wine or 1/4 cup chicken broth |
16 ounces alfredo sauce |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook Pasta and add broccoli the last 2 minutes,drain keeping 1/4 c of the liquid. 2. Coat a large non stick skillet with spray heat over med high heat. Add ham cook stirring occasionally until lightly brown ,2-3 minutes. 3. Add onion stirring until softened add wine cook 1 min more. 4. Stir in pasta sauce and pasta and 1/4 in liquid and pepper. 5. Stir and heat for 2 minutes. |
